Reviews

"We, Upper-East Siders don't do lazy. Breakfast is Brunch and it comes with champagne, a dress code, and a 100 of our closest friends, or enemies." So, ever heard of the term 'Brunch'? Well the Upper-East Siders do! As the so-called 'victims' of the Gossip Girl world, they're invited to the Bass' Annual Brunch! Oh, it's time to dish some more gossip!

No farewell to Orange County, California, I see? Not that it's a bad thing, of course, but there are some similarities that might be pointed out. One of them I'd like to mention is Dan and Jenny's relationship. Welcome back Ryan and Seth, much? Of course, it's not a bad thing, especially coming from a fan. Also not surprised that Josh used his earlier works and use it a little bit in his new current work. But should I question that Josh is still hooked onto The OC? As a fan of both Gossip Girl and The OC, I hope not and highly doubt it.

Back to the show, the episode was simply amazing! My favorite episode, by far! From the series of books I read by far, this episode wasn't related to any of the books. I must say, I was extremely happy that Josh didn't follow the exact way the books did. Can I say give me more?! One day, full of drama, what more can you ask for? When secrets were revealed, all I wanted was more, more, more! I feel like I'm Blair's dress that was given to Jenny, I'm getting lured into "the army".

Since Serena is informed that she's no longer friends with Blair and possibly out of the picture, which is impossible since she's pretty much the gossip around here, will Blair finally get "deflowered," in Chuck's term? Will Serena find her way back to Dan's heart and will he forgive about her past? I guess we have to find out later. "You Know You Love Me, XOXO, Gossip Girl."
